Supermoon

''Supermoon'' is on the full moon day,the moon will arrive at it's closest point to the Earth,also know as perigee within the astronomy or scientific community. The supermoon appear to be 14% larger and 30% brighter than the normal full moon.

News spreading around saying that supermoon will cause tsunami but the NASA scientist stressed that it will not cause any natural disasters.However it will cause a rise in sea level thanks to the stronger gravity pull.

Lee Chong Wei successfully
defended his ALL ENGLAND
men's single title after beating
his greatest rival,Lin Dan,by a
straight set 21-17,21-17 in the
final.The win affirmed Chong
Wei's world No.1 ranking.





The Denmark pair of Mathias Boe
and Carsten Mogensen won the title
after defeated Koo Kien Keat and
Tan Boon Heong in the men's double
final.Koo and Tan took down the first
set,21-15.Boe and Mogensen fight
back in the second set,21-18 and the
deciding set 21-18.

Japan Earthquake and Tsunami 2011

11 March 2011,a massive 8.9 magnitude earthquake and tsunami hit Northeasten Japan.This have caused hundreds of death and thousands of people are missing.




A 33ft tsunami hit the country's coastline sweeping away cars,boats and houses.The huge wave hit into the port city of Sendai.200 to 300 bodies were found by the rescue team.



An explosion reported at Fukushima nuclear plant.Experts are struggling to stop the radiation spreads.Tens of thousands of people surrounding the plants have been urged to evacuate.




Fire burns at Sendai Airport after the quake.
